A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a hosting solution that offers a portion of a physical server, virtually isolated for a single user. Unlike shared hosting, where server resources are split among many users, a VPS provides the user with a specific amount of resources such as CPU, RAM, and storage, making it ideal for projects that require more performance, control, and customization.

Do you offer a refund?

Yes, we will arrange refund to customer within 7 days after purchase. However, if there are any transaction fees incurred by the bank or payment gateway, and can not refund for them, we are not responsible for this. There is another case where you can not be reimbursed if we detect that you are violating our Terms of Use, for example, host to Spamertise, sending spam or bulk mail, or engaging in hacking. You will not receive a refund and the account will be terminated immediately, read our Refund Policy.

Can I use Proxy or VPN?

Yes, you can. You can install VPN or proxy in your vps. However, this is limited to Personal Use only, not public sharable or share between multiple party.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of your Hosting Agreement with VPSFAST. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time, effective upon posting.

1.1 Prohibited Activities

Illegal Content: Any use in violation of laws (copyright, trademark, export controls, obscenity, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
Spam: Unsolicited bulk emails ("spam"), advertising, mailing lists without confirmed opt-in, and purchased email lists are prohibited.
Malicious Software: Distribution of software facilitating spam, DoS, malware, or hacking is disallowed.
Unauthorized Access: Attempts to access unauthorized systems or data are prohibited.
Network Abuse: DoS/DDoS attacks, flooding, port scanning, botnets or denial-of-service are forbidden.
Resource Abuse: Usage causing network, CPU, or I/O degradation to others may result in throttling or suspension.
Association with Bad Actors: Operating for or in association with entities listed on anti-spam blacklists (e.g. Spamhaus ROKSO) is prohibited.

2. Customer and User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with these terms by anyone using your account or services. Complaints or violations will be escalated to you, and we may terminate services if issues persist.

3. Security, Liability & Service Limitations

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for securing your server—passwords, SSH keys, backups, and data encryption. We are not liable for client-side data breaches.
Infrastructure Faults: VPSFAST is not responsible for outages caused by client-side misconfiguration, usage violations, third-party systems, or scheduled maintenance.
Liability Limit: VPSFAST’s liability, if any, shall be limited to six months of fees paid for the affected service.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window for VPS services only. Additional services—SSLs, IPs, licenses, wallet top-ups—are non-refundable.

Chargebacks, refunds through disputes, or fraudulent payment claims will result in service suspension and may be reported to authorities.

5. Copyright and DMCA

We prohibit hosting copyrighted material without authorization. DMCA or abuse notices must be addressed within 48 hours or services will be suspended.

6. Resource Use Guidelines

No sustained CPU usage above 50% of core capacity (e.g. 2.0 load on 4-core VPS) except for short bursts.
No excessive network, disk, or I/O that affects other customers. Resource abuse may lead to throttling or suspension.
Strictly no cryptocurrency mining, nested virtualization, TOR exit nodes (unless approved), botnets, spam services, or traffic generators.

7. Service Guarantees

We do not guarantee backups, DDoS mitigation, or continuous uptime. Compensation in form of service credit is discretionary and requires a support ticket.

8. Cancellation & PayPal Subscriptions

Customers may cancel services via dashboard or email with at least 5 days’ notice before renewal. All charges must be cleared.
For PayPal subscriptions, customers must manually cancel recurring payments; VPSFAST cannot do this on your behalf.
VPSFAST reserves the right to terminate accounts violating policies, with no refunds.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use implies acceptance. We encourage you to review these terms regularly for changes.
